[General] Altered Gargoyle Armor

The alternation system is truly confusing in UO. Some need to be converted by NPC, some others need to be altered by player crafters, some are dropped as is. It's truly confusing especially in terms of trading. Keep buying trashes with tons of gold.

Please help with the below pieces
1. Crimson Cincture, how the Garg version is obtained? Converted by NPC, or altered by player, or drop only.
2. Mace and Shield Glasses, how the Garg version is obtained? Converted by NPC, or altered by player, or drop only.

ALSO: If you convert an item to Garg, the game should allow us to unconverted same item back to its original non-garb state. They should program this into the code, may not be too hard.

I believe both are Drop only or atleast they do drop which makes me think they can't be altered.

Or you can farm 100 blackthorn points and get the equivalent there

Blackthorn also have gargish Mace and Shield.
