All I want to do is log into my freaking account

What the hell did they do? I get login screen after login screen after login screen. I want to log into my stupid UO account. Why is that hard? I've been doing it for 14 years. Now I can't even get into my old UO account. This is un ****ing believable.

I need to renew my UO subscription. I get the runaround. I cant renew. I cant even find it, and I get a million login screens for Mythic Master, EA account,....blah blah blah...14 years of my UO stuff. Gone. Are they trying to freaking kill UO?

Did you even bother to read any of the posts on here about the new account system? Have you read the first page of the thread titled {GUIDE}, posted by Larissa.

It's not that hard. Take a few minutes to set up a EA Master Account. Then link your accounts. It's based off the email address you have on your UO accounts.

If you've done this and still can't get in then I apologize. There have been more than a few difficulties. Most, though were simply players not being patient enough to read the posts here.

Yes I know EA and Mythic have failed miserably at providing the appropriate information themselves. It's been up to us the players to help each other out.

Soooo you're going to give up on a game you supposedly enjoy and played since '97 because you refuse to read a guide posted here? Sure it should be posted on at least the EA website but it isn't.

You log in with your master account which is simply (account name_UO)

So if your account name is "pie" it would be pie_uo.

Of course for all we know you already read it, it helped you and you're back to playing and simply ranting here.

I do business programming and support - have for over 30 years. the AM pages and abilities stink. in my rookie days I did better maintenance programs in COBOL and even Fortran4 for goodness sake!

I killed my stuff and told the CS rep specifically to record the session for his management. I then proceeded to explain why I was killing one account and not opening an added 4. to h-ee-double hockysticks with them.
