Try logging in again, be sure you are logging into the right shard, i did
this once and it was scary to say the least. hopefully that is what you
did.

Ya it scared the buggers out of me!

Turns out that I logged into a 45 day free account that I am letting expire...lol
but the account name was very close to the actual account that holds the keep and all 5 char are there and well:)
