The info in the mini FAQ is still good to go by for that. It has been a while since I GMd, a long while in fact, but I have heard others use the guide with no problems.

I've used UO Powergamers with some success. But about the time I get alchemy started good ...I decide to add poisoning. Might as well get some gains out of those green pots rather then just dumping them out.

Yeah, and have fun with poison at higher levels... ugh!
