Fam, when the new event npc invaded Luna, they were all set loose somehow. Look all around Luna, they are there some where.

Makiko the Samurai is outside the 1st wall NW side Luna

Calaid the Soldier is just east of Krystals house east side luna

Onoe the Soldier is at the NE corner Luna

Not sure who takes what yet, im still looking for the guy who takes Powerscrolls

EDIT: seems the Soldiers are duplicated in brit and Makiko is also in Makoto, so i have no clue where the new turn in guys are?
