I am trying to turn Imperial Legion of Sosaria (ILOS) in to a crafting guild

it will be roleplaying guild filled with all kinds of char of all diffrenet crafting skills. we will get doing small group thing if the crafter has a fighting skill on top of there crafting skills, it is my sister guild to Northen Star (N^S) but both guild are warred with each other,
