Are you sick & tired of marking a bunch of runes for your isolated vendor house, your auction house, your public rune library or just a house your trying to sell only to have some jerk pick them all up only to mark over them all for themselves and are you sick & tired of when some jerk picks them all up claiming there cleaning up Britannia well so am i. heres a possable solution suppose at all of the banks we have a special advertiseing board where we can drop runes inside this advertiseing board once dropped they cannot be removed or edited by anyone. also once dropped we get a multiple choice question as to what subject this house fits under so if its a vendor house, aution house, rune library, or a house for sale we list it as such. only runes marked inside a house should be allowed to be placed inside this board. if you attempt to place more then one rune for the same house it will know because each rune has coordinates and it will not be allowed that way no house is advertised more then once per board at any one time. the board can be very simular to a bulletion board but what ever was written on the rune should be readable on the board includeing the facet so we dont accidently go to fel and possably get pkd. when we double click the board we can also choose the the type of house we are looking for out of the four types of houses as listed above to make things easier and faster. also for each destination there should be a blue dot we can click on leading us to a small menu where we can either recall, gate or sacred journey to that house if we want to. so not to have too many spots on each board at any one time perhaps every 24 hours or maybe even every 48 hours to every 72 hours at most all the runes get deleted automatically once the time expires and we have to readvertise again. maybe there should be a small fee to advertise too that way players will be less likely to abuse this. i hope you like this idea personally i think it would be a big help.
