Active players/guilds?

Hello, I am a returning player from 97-99 and then 01-03. Looking for an active guild to join. I prefer to PVM but I am absolutely lost right now. I'd nearly say I'm not a returning player at all but a new player entirely with some gold. I also see ICQ is no longer around. Is discord the only place for communication? General chat seems to be a pvp/drama channel. Nobody really talks at the banks.

I checked the guilds post and searched "active guilds" in the forum and everything is 2019 or earlier.
