Acct Aging properly... fixed?

I know there was a thread on the issue with accounts not aging.. I'm in the same boat (Should have flipped to 48 months on Jan 24, still waiting). I'm STILL waiting on a response from EA for 6 days now.. anyone else who had the issue get theirs fixed yet? Heard anything from EA yet? Any resolution to this issue?
