I have not been able to turn my accounts on for a month now and can't create a trial account to check my houses. I would guess that everything I had on Legends, SP, ATL, GL, and LS is gone. Not sure if I care anymore either.

The new account pages don't work it gives a page about connection with the server has been terminated.

That doesn't work for me, also they have updated their account pages since yesterday & their new pages give a server termination error.

I hate to quote myself on a two sentence post but... I know someone out there doesn't have ADD.

Yup, can't do anything on that page I just get a page that comes up and says your connection was closed by a remote server.

You do know that once a subscription ends, your house will not fall for another 3 months?

Of course I had the game since 97. I only turn them on every three months almost to the day to refresh my houses but I guess that comes to an end now. I can't even create a new account to check on them so to hell with it.
Thought it would be a simple fix but that is not the case here and I am not about to spend hours and hours trying to get this to work when odds are my houses are already gone any how.

Someone should check Siege down by the Yew stables and see if there is a house owned by President there.

A couple of suggestions:

A few people have reported being IP banned while using the Account Management site. If you were having trouble with navigating through it and logging in, etc., maybe that happened for you too. Perhaps contact your ISP and ask them to reassign your IP (I think that's how you say it?).

Contact Customer Support via the support website at support.ea.com and start a ticket to let them know what's happened and see if they can help you. You will have to log in there with your EA Account name and password. Your EA Account name will be the e-mail address you've used on your account(s). If you have no idea what the password is, use the forgot password option below the log in fields and have them send it to you. I have a feeling that most every UO account owner automatically had an EA Account set up from their e-mail address (if they had one stored in the old system) and some sort of default password was probably assigned but we weren't told anything about that. So using the lost password function should get you an e-mail with a link to reset the password for your EA Account.

Hopefully Customer Support can work with you to address your issues with using the Account Management page. Good luck and please don't give up yet. Would hate to see you leave over this, Vyal.

Just a note to anyone who hasn't yet logged into the new account page.
If you own Battlefield: Bad Company 2 or Command & Conquer 4 you will already have an EA account that is the same as the one required for this.

Thanks for the update Tina. I think I am going to try again to activate my accounts if all else fails I will give EA a call up.

Where are your houses on Legends? I can check to see if your houses are there.

Glad to hear that. Read the several threads on how to do it (one is stickied at the top of the forum and the other migrates up and down in "un-stickied" land) and go slowly and you should be okay.

P.S. Your Siege house is still looking good. Just checked it (4:50 pm ET) and no sign of decay.
