so, UO/EA making buying an additional account pretty hard...

but after trying to buy one at uocamecodes.com i get...

1) there wasn't a problem - all my info matches up right and there's plenty of money on my card
2) their "Help" option takes you to the EA help page
3) calling that number and doing "press option 1, wait a moment, then press option 1 again" gets you into POGO tech support
4) you also get a notice that representatives aren't authorized to aid in purchases over the phone, though on EA support site, it says "f you wish to make your purchase over the phone, please contact us at 1-866-543-5435 and press option 1."
5) shouldn't there be a way to contact uogamecodes.com directly?


so, i guess that's $13 less a month the game will be making.

same problem I had a few months ago and very aggravating, I had to wait a week and try it again but to deal with customer service very nearly had me walk away from it completely! Hang in there, try again in a week if you have recently purchased something.
