Account updated..still can't play

Hi guys,
Could someone help me out here plz? I just updated my account, but still am getting the "free player" popups when I go on game. Is there a way to get rid of the 14 day trial thing on my account considering I just did the update? Thanks for any insight.

When I upgraded, it took a little while before that information got to the game.
But no more than 5-10 minutes.

If it has been a long time maybe you need to contact customer support or something like that.

Well considering my post..stating that it's still showing as a free playing after I just updated my info..yes I am a paying costumer. Like I said, I just updated my info again.

The same thing happened to me and i just had to keep logging out and logging back in before it worked but it took a little while. Try accessing a lot you normally wouldn't be able to go to. Maybe it's updated but just not reading so yet.

I think I read that there is still a problem with the 14 day trial and there is no way to bypass it yet. Sadly, you may have to live out your 14 free days before being listed as a paying subscriber. Not sure if customer service even has the ablity to over-ride this yet.

Tons of people to meet and places to see. I know I could spend two weeks just exploring all the custom content shops. So much to see and so little time. While you wait you can even spend time going thru online tutorials and learning about custom content yourself.

Just to clarify, I upgraded an old account so if there is a bug if you haven't gone through the 14 days, it wouldn't have affected me. Hope you get in

I had the same problem when I updated from free player to paying player. Parizad walked me through the steps to show premium. What you need to do is unsubscribe (even as a free player), then resubscribe as a paying player with all your information. This worked for me when I logged in it showed me as a premium player. I hope this works for you.

i recently made one of my free accounts into a paid account. The change took almost immediately, however there is a disclaimer that states, it may take up to 24 hours for an account to be able to access full subscriber areas when you go from free to paid.
