Hey guys, I noticed that my account has been double charged for one month of subscription, I was charged on the 23rd (as a part of the pre-authorization period), however my payment details were also removed on the 23rd and I was given the message when attempting to log in that I have used all of my game time.
After re-adding new payment details it seems my account has been charged again, I am just wondering who I would contact about this, had a check on UO website but was to no avail really, only thing I managed to find was an international number.
Anyone got any contact email addresses or anything?
