Good afternoon everyone. So I have a tough one today. I have the itch and time to play again.... One issue. I cannot remember my account name. I am current trying to recover my account. I remember all my players names, but have no idea on email or account name,I remember the bank it was withdrawing from, but no longer have this card #. its been 3-4 years since I last logged in.

Is there any way possible to try to recover and old account such as this?

Please email [email protected] and provide them with enough information to identify it is your account and they will be more than happy to assist you with this.

This is some of the questions they would ask of you to identify the account properly:

Secret word
CD Keys
Date of Birth
First and last name on the account
Payment info (last 4 numbers only)
Email address attached to the account
Phone number
State/country
Name of Account
Characters on Account
