Account Problems?

I am having trouble activating my account again. I'm frustrated, but i wont show it here. I tried going through with my credit card, and 10 times now it keeps saying " ERROR, there was an error processing your request".. return to home page....... okay i wonder why it doesnt say what was "errored"?.... and is anyone having this problem? I am down to a few days of my house falling and this is important to me. any help is appreciated, thanks.

well ive read through some other threads and some people ARE dealing with the same thing ............ i have a feeling im losing my house with hundreds of real dollars worth of stuff.

House decay is turned off right now.

Try deleting your internet cache, cookies etc.. Try a different browser than the one you are using.

Veteran Rewards Are Back | Mythic Entertainment | Ultima Online

Veteran awards are now once again available for all shards.

Also, we are working on getting house decay turned on and expect it to be working within the next week.

IF they hustle before next friday (the 30th)
it MIGHT be working >this month<

different browsers not work? Do you have access to another computer, even a friends? When I had a credit card issue I was able to use another computer to get it done if a different browser didn't work.

okay i tried on our other computer LOL,.... now its saying thats that type of card is not accepted..... well ive been using the visa gift cards for 5 years plus now and NO PROBLEM EVER... i am considering quitting this is just unreal.... EA...." DO YOU WANT ME TO PLAY OR WHAT??????????

okay now we've tryed with a 100% real credit card no gift car..... and same thing : " this type of card cannot be used" try a different one HAHAHAHA.... WOW How hard is it to give you people money?

origin has COMPLETELY lost touch with the game that started it all, now that warhammer crap is getting all the attention. the only thing in the WHOLE oirign store that has to do with ultima game time is: BUY stygian abyss expanson and get 30 days LOL... Well i already have S.A soooooooooooo NOW WHATÉÉ!É!

had this same problem because i too pay with game time cards and purchase with pre paids..,i also only wanted to pay for only 1 month because im not sure if im staying or not...
what i had to do was the following.
1 use paybycash (they are the only ones offering 30 day game time codes)
2 open a moneybrokers online account because...paybycash has no option to just upload funds from a credit card
3 upload the funds from the pre paid visa/mastercard to moneybrokers
4 log into paybycash, find the 30 days uo gametime card..follow the steps untill it says how to pay..then click on moneybrokers and your good to go and have the code in your email (a lot of crap to just pay them to play for a month!! but this was the only way i could get it done) lol...hope this helps

had this problem a few times in the past, firefox has issues at times with the ea account sites...try internet explorer

well i just got off the phone with the prepaid visa card company and she looked at the declined transactions and told me it is in act EA's problem. When they changed the whole registration website , everything changed within it.... now.... the problem i am having is EA is looking for a recurring payment on my card, with the pre-paid this is not the case. I want to make a ONE TIME payment.... and in the re-activation site there is NO OPTION FOR ONE TIME PAYMENT ANYMORE.... well as far as i can see.

okay NOW LOL, i got a moneybrokers account, i used my card , i added 15 dollars, and now i go to pay by cash and its 17 dollars or 30 days?!?! man o man now im screwed i cant load more on cause my prepaid is down to ike 4 dollars and you need at least 5 to do that verification charge thing.... so ya i spent 30$ for a 25$ card, wasted 5$ trying to pay through uo.com...now im left with 20$.... put 15$ onto moneybrokers, now im left with 5 useless dolllars on a pre-paid card, and 15 more usless dollars on a site i have no idea how to use or what it does... boooo im gonna cry and sob and break things

okay everythangs good as far as making payments is concerned, now paybycash has 17 dollars of mine and i want my game code. It has been 3 hours since they got it and i am going to report them as a frauder and a scammer, ive sent them many emails stating i want to know whats going on and that this has taken too long already and yeah......... usually paybycash is immediate!, you usually get the confirm payment and the game time code in the same email...they confirm your payment with an email?
