Account not upgraded

I finally broke down and bought one of the booster packs.
I purchased the Grand Bazaar to put up a pet vendor.
I put in the the Gothic theme pack code and received my Chest of Sending.
Then I tried to bid on a stall and it tells me I need the theme pack.
I checked my account in Account Management and it is not registered.
OK, so i figured I may need to register both of them because I bought the together.
I put in the code for the Rustic theme and got the deed for the raised garden bed and still the same answer.
Rechecked account management and neither themes are registered.

Any ideas?

Register them under account management as well. Check the emails again, code for each should be in there.

I did not upgrade them on the the Account management page, doth.

Very common mistake, so if you are in a guild or alliance help out you guildmates. It happens all the time.
