I really HOPE a Dev Team Member sees this and Takes action to Create such a Tutorial!!!
It has been 2 Months since EA FORCED their utterly confusing and frustrating new account MIS-management system upon subscribers. Recently I phoned EA Support and asked HOW to unlink an account so a friend could take it over and link it with theirs.
The EA Support had NO CLUE how this could be done, telling me this needed action Tiers higher then his and promising I would receive a callback. So far no callback and no resolution.
Moreover, we now have "EA Account name" where an email address is wanted. We have actual EA account names and Mythic Master account names, most requiring separate passwords. We have subscription buttons and a myriad of other buttons yet still my accounts refuse to automatically re-bill as they did for 14 years prior to this NEW system.
May we PLEASE have a clear, easy to understand, Tutorial for using ALL aspects of this new account system??? PLEASE???
Forcing Subscribers into endless phone queues, internet chats, or EA Web sites only to find ignorance, incompetence, confusion and frustration is simply Unacceptable.
