Account Management Tutorial (Video & Text)

I really HOPE a Dev Team Member sees this and Takes action to Create such a Tutorial!!!

It has been 2 Months since EA FORCED their utterly confusing and frustrating new account MIS-management system upon subscribers. Recently I phoned EA Support and asked HOW to unlink an account so a friend could take it over and link it with theirs.

The EA Support had NO CLUE how this could be done, telling me this needed action Tiers higher then his and promising I would receive a callback. So far no callback and no resolution.

Moreover, we now have "EA Account name" where an email address is wanted. We have actual EA account names and Mythic Master account names, most requiring separate passwords. We have subscription buttons and a myriad of other buttons yet still my accounts refuse to automatically re-bill as they did for 14 years prior to this NEW system.

May we PLEASE have a clear, easy to understand, Tutorial for using ALL aspects of this new account system??? PLEASE???

Forcing Subscribers into endless phone queues, internet chats, or EA Web sites only to find ignorance, incompetence, confusion and frustration is simply Unacceptable.

I ask Payers and Developers to please add your comments, be as civil as possible, here.

Dev Team is not the same group responsible for the account management debacle.

Dev Team works on the game, not account-related stuff such as this. At best they could perhaps relay this to those who could do it.

I'm both surprised and disappointed by how few responses this received.

Be it created by our Dev Team OR an EA staff person really isn't important.

What IS important, especially to me, is Having a Tutorial that clearly explains and instructs us on How to use this blasted New Account Management System.

Two Months into the new system and many, including me, are STILL having extreme difficulty navigating and using the system.

HELP!!!

Pffft. I have no issues with it ... I don't use it! I look at it this way ... UO is a difficult game to master so why in Hades should the account management for it be like that as well?

I gave up and closed my wallet to EA.

I can't find it right now, but I saw it linked before.

/this, But isn't it kinda normal for everyone to say "That's not Us, That's Them". I don't care who's responsibility it is, or is not, Someone needs to take names and take charge.
Do not the Dev's work hand in hand w/ the Producer, assistant, or whoever is in charge today? If you're in charge, BE in charge, or go join Cal. imo

further, your toons, items, bank, stables, house, etc ALL maintained/controlled by certain Devs in a database, No? That puts Dev's in charge, and puts that burden on Them. Didn't someone already say there would be something coming?
Don't the 'other' games in that studio have tutors on acct management?
