Account Management Down?

I've been trying to get into my account to check when my next renewal date is and make sure everything is kosher. I haven't been able to access it for the past two days. Is anyone else having this problem?

I seem to recall some kind of announcement about account management, but I don't see it on The Herald, and I'm wondering if I have my games or sites mixed up. Do I need to contact Mesanna about this?

Just to be sure I checked it in three different browsers. No joy.

I changed my account information this morning and did not have any issues.

How about you just contacted account support instead of bothering Mesanna.

I don't think account management is anything that Mesanna can help with. This would be a customer service issue.

I was able to log in to account management today without problems. If the problem persists, then I'd call CS at (866) 543-5435 or use the "Chat" feature on the ea website.

Hmmm, it appears I can't connect to that address either.

I am not having any issues logging into my accounts.

Of course, that is about as far as my Tech Support skills go.

Ok, talk about obscure issues. Google was my friend. Something I had enabled recently that was supposed to improve the stability and performance of my connection. To be honest, I didn't notice much, if any, performance improvement with it enabled, so it isn't a big loss to have to disable it...
