Got the dreaded e-mail a while back about the billing info not being set. I decided that with all of the troubles everyone was having, i would wait out the storm. Well, my in-game account is now blocked. So here's what i'm wondering (sorry if it has already been answered, but there is something wrong with stratics' search system right now):
1. Is my house falling? I read that they were putting house decay on hold until the issue is resolved, but then i also read about another player's house falling due to the migration causing him to lose all of his items.
2. Will the billing info fix itself eventually? The reason i ask this is because there are probably a good amount of accounts that have been on auto-renew for years for players who have not played in a long time. I cannot imagine EA/Mythic allowing these auto-renewing accounts to go under due to this migration. If they did, they would lose out on the income from those players who have been MIA but left their accounts renewing, and if those players DID return one day to find their houses dropped and all of their items gone, they would certainly not pay again. On top of all of this, i am not looking forward to a possible double-charge by entering my info into the new system.
