Account Age Question

Lately my working credit card isn't AUTOMATICALLY renewing my subscriptions for all my accounts both Ultima and Dark Ages of Camelot. As soon as I find out, I re-activate the account the same day. My question is does that effect my account age? Do I fall a month behind? My account age is already way behind on several of my accounts, its never been fixed. I'm worried I'm losing even more months.

Still waiting on several other issues that aren't be addressed, concerned I have to add another to my list.

I'd assume you earn a month for every month you pay for...? But not sure. Are you saying two billing cycles go by and your age has less increase than what you paid for over that time?

Whether or not you're set to automatically renew each month shouldn't change how your account ages. Your account should age for each month payed for.

It does seem that way which is why I ask. My account age has never been fixed on all, but one of my old accounts. My account age is nearly 30 months behind on just one of my accounts, its always been issue. While the others its more like 1 - 6 months off. My concern is I don't need to lose any more months now, let alone a house just because the account management system is on the fritz again and again.

The actual game seems to work for me well enough most of the time. I mean the client does continue to crash at moongates, large crowds, while looting corpses and at random on occasion, but this is s traditional UO problem. Most of my other issues are security, origin store, customer service, and account management related. Yet I put up with it all cause I will always love this game.

30 months! I know contacting EA isn't easy right now, but have you ever contacted EA about the issue? Hm. If I do a quick calculation my UO accounts seem to be right where they should be in terms of display age. I've heard display age can vary per shard...have you checked other shards to see if the display is the same? But yeah, 30 months...that's a huge difference.

Being afraid to even go there for fear of 'developing' problems, i wouldn't know, but doesn't the new accounting site have a View Payment History?
If not, maybe one could be requested by email?
