Shouldn't your account show atleast 3 month? I thought all accounts had a bonus of 2 months.
It looks like the account age problem is fixed. I just logged in and got the vet reward gump. Thanks, Dev team!!!

It only updates when your account is billed.
Well if they only update when you are billed, that sucks if you are on a 6 month billing! That means I have to wait until February for 14th year vet rewards. *frowns*

Well IF the accts. only age when rebilled, that sucks cuz they used to age
every month and I have always been billed on the 3 month cycle.
At any rate, mid Oct. [3 of my 4 accts.] are rebilled together, ALWAYS.
Only one of the 3 accts.*aged* the older 2 did not. ALL BILLED at once.
The 4th younger acct. was rebilled in late Sept. it too had not aged, this fall !

Now I'm really confused. My account wasn't updating properly, but now it's unstuck. Maybe it's a "hit or miss" kind of bug in the system? (Jeff did say they were finding it difficult to fix.) If you guys are still having problems, maybe my thanks is premature.

Both accounts updated their age. So it looks like its fixed. AFAIK it updates monthly even if you are billed 6months in advance. It may however be on what would be your monthly anniversary date.

I need to stop looking at the Vet reward lists and planning years ahead too...

Mine went from 66 months to 68 months in 3 days
I think it's just playing catch up, I was stuck at 66 months since I re-activated my account almost 4 months ago so I think it's speed-aging right now lol.

I posted in another thread on Oct 30th that I was at 106 months and had been for quite a long time.
Today, 11/25? Still 106 months. I started in April, 2002 just after my daughter was born and account has never lapsed even one month. That is 116 months ago. Yup, it is still amiss for me.
