(Question) Abyss - Where has Sutek wandered?

Anyone seen Sutek recently? I've looked and looked and can't find him.

He is on the east side of Crimson Veins (near the Tomb of Kings exit) hanging out with the Outcast enclave encamped there. I'd have never believed that he'd wander so far.
