Abyss House Clarification

Just a quick question because I've been told opposite things from several people.
If you when the ticket and you already have a house, do you have to pick which house you'll have or do you get to keep both? If you get to keep both, if you chose to sell the house later (not my intention but this became a huge argument in Vent today), will the other person be able to keep their other house as well as the Abyss house they purchase or will they have to pick one?

It hasn't actually been said, but since other house prizes like the castles in Malas didn't permit the winner to take the castle and retain their current house I would, personally, expect the same situation to apply.

Agreed, Especially when they have the reward a sellable ticket, it just hints at what you said.

I guess the houses will be grandfathere, like the tokono ones.

We won that on catskills - and the houses on that acc went grandfathered.

So, you will keep them both.

You will get a 'golden ticket' that will entitle you to the house. You can then have time to sell your old house... or you could sell the ticket. You redeem the ticket with a GM to have the housing plot transferred to you.

Kind of glad it won't be grandfathered but lots of people will be pissed. Lol. Someone kept saying it was grandfathered and I was like "no way dude, there's no way." Ahhh, I love it when I'm right.

actually... those castles in malas DID permit the person to keep their current house and the castle on the same account

for the Malas castle on Legends this did not happen
