[Price Check] "A Welcome" book is it rare or not?

ok i have asked a few people about these books. some people say they are rare and some say they are not. i have several of these books so im thinking they are not that rare. can someone please clear this up for me?

I THINK you can steal them or get them from Blackthornes castle in Ilsh or Britain. Not sure, but theres tons about and i think they are still obtainable.

These books are drops off Betrayers and Juggernauts, maybe other monsters, in Blackthorn's castle in Ilsh. Yes, they do still drop.

 

[Assia Penryn]

Yes, they still drop in different colors.
