A Stable Question - Too Many Pets?

I hadn't played in quite awhile until last week.This afternoon when I went to the stable in Moonglow to get a pet, I by default got my dragon Swifty which was ok - there was some system message about too many pets. I seem to recall that one could type "claim" and you could pick what pet you wanted.

Any input is good. Both me and Swifty died trying to kill a turkey. When I rezzed him I was able to put him back in the Moonglow stable which has me confused.

I'll have more questions. The first person that I met last week had wings which I'd never seen.

if you type 'claim' it will try to give you all your pets, and you won't have enough follower slots. Hence the 'too many' message. Type 'claim x' or 'claim list' to get a list to select from.

You can now be a gargoyle (rather than human or elf), which is how you get wings.
