Actually... 10 attributes with the -100 Luck. I've had that many properties before, but never with all but one at Max intensity. Too bad it's Cursed!

Executioners i think they are called.
it was either him or the mage that spawns there as i was only killing them when i got it.
and luck was mid range.

Be Wrong not Shame and fel or tram can also make a difference. Not noticed but they claim it is there based off luck.

The problem is most people (including myself) won't use those items in a suit because you cannot insure them. To go in a suit, they need to last as long as the other items and can't be lost. If you make your suit out of a heavy but cursed Shame/Wrong piece then you'll have a really hard time replacing it when you loose it.
Jewels like that can be fit in with only altering the other jewels for the most part I would be happy to use those even if I might lose them someday. Its the armor pieces that I am not willing to mess with for that.
Oh, it's my ring, 11 attributes.
It is very nice... but irreplaceable if integrated into a suit and lost in battle. It would take 2 imbued jewels alone to replace that single item. I hope that someday the Devs add a quest in one of the revamped dungeons (like the one in Shame) to let us remove cursed on an item.

Uber over powered items should never be insurable/blessable. You want the best suit you use these cursed items and run the risk of losing them. You want to be a sheltered child, then you go with insurable/blessable mid range items. The day they add items like this, that you cant lose, is the day that production shards turn into Freeshard Test Centers.
I got it from a unbound EV in shame. My luck was 2800+ without honor the mob.
They are funny to look at, yes. But are there characters that need both spell damage and "normal" damage increase? I don't want to complain, I'd just unravel those items. I'd find it hard to build a suit around them. Energy Resist 15% - ok, nice, but... Usually I have it all on the suit.

I believe the max relics one item can give is 2, and thats a random chance if im remembering correctly.

Damn! That's looks like something you used to only see on them there... other.. shards. It is very nice though.
Now if only it wasn't cursed, someone might actually use it. Otherwise it's just a pretty trinket to lockdown.

well if your using a pvm character and dont often fight monsters that loot you and you have a Undertakers staff, then its fine to use. Cursed doesnt mean it disappears when you die....
