a question regarding an obscure item

An old player just returning asked me about an old quest item called Heavens Touch, i was wondering if anyone knew anything about this item and could tell perhaps what it would be worth today. He said that the friend of his that owned the item sold it on Ebay for $500 several years ago, any information would be appreciated.
