on the rare collectors forum got me thinking. Sonoma does have some old Seer Rare items. I am just curious if folks know what happened to them all and who owns them. Ill post the link to the page that has them.

Now these are seer items. Not the later EM ones. I am curious where all these peices of Sonoma history are located, and if they are still in game.

ive got a pic somewhere, ill have to go find it, that i took on ATL a couple years back, some vender had a few items that where listed as being from 'Sonoma Events'

cant recal what they where off hand, but they were selling for B I G gold at the time.

ill go look through photobucket and see what i can see.

short of that, id assume that some of the people listed in those links probablly have stuff nested away in their old houses even if they dont play anymore.

unfortunatlly 99% of those items from back in the Seer days will get lost in the time, or probablly allready are, as only a rare few people actually went and DID those events, and fewer still kept a history of them.
10 years later and none of us can recall any of it.
so its a sad truth, but its lost in history now.

unless of course some old people swing by and give a recount.

I have a couple from the Dark Tower that were given to me to hold when the owners at the time packed up and moved to Oceania, to keep 'em on Sonoma and safe as it were.
A Pitcher of the Cole family Chardonnay ( Wine pitcher)
A pardon of Serafina Cole from Lord British (scroll)
I think most of those items are long since destroyed or sharded or tucked away in long since cancelled bank boxes

Poo - Ya. Those are the EM Items. I am talking even further back from them. I think the ones you showed me are only a couple years old. The oens I talking are 7-10 years old.

Angel and Vershawn - Those some of the items I interested in seeing and learning about. I would for sure love to own them, but would not even ask to buy. As long as they on Sonoma and with an active account it works for me.

Also. Does anyone know if Elowan still plays. I know love spirit does. I beleive Elowan had a the Gencon bracelet from the old seer events. Perhaps maybe can get some folks interested and track some items down. Be nice to know where some of Sonomas old seer items are. I do thank you all for your repsonses thus far. Perhaps i can also see these items in person and ifyou know a bit about there history to send me a PM about them.

Icy Flame and A Pile of Snow are now cheaper than those prices. I bought an Icy Flame 4 months ago for 35mill, and resold it for 50. But Foreman is right, they aren't very old. The 200 Luck robe has been deleted (That sucks.)

The one piece that I had, I inquired about a while ago in another post when they were asking about Calandryl (sure i butchered the name). The item I had and wondered if anyone got it when my tower must have finally decayed, was If you can remember WAY back when, when Trinsic was attacked. It had to of been in 99 or 2000. Well on Marble Island in the building that had the gate to the Chaos shrine, they put some flame fields in there that emitted heat that would do damage to you. Just like the fire field spell. It was basically for lack of better explanation a 1 tile piece of a flame field. Anyway, there was I think 5 originals and the seer, gm, whomever placed them, never got them locked down and they were taken. I know mine was one of the originals as they were later duped and sold (as is most everything) but the one difference was that the duped ones did not cause damage. I forget what publish it was (I think the dreaded pub 16) got it stuck in a backpack and could not be moved out of it. I had it in my tower in a cloth fireplace design I had made.

I do know a girl that ended up moving to I think Great Lakes, that had several of the horse race saches, a wristwatch that had some engraving on it.

Question, Dark Tower? Was that Myrkul that had that? And Tear?, and then I think Minotaur got it after a while? This is still the same Dark Tower from the guild DT right? I swear im either getting to old or I need to put the pipe down, remembering that far back is making my head hurt.

I went back and looked at your link....... Lord Eleonard (Actually i thought it ended in an O not a D) He actually got me started in the whole rares collecting long ago.. I don't remember if it was him or not but they showed me the trick to getting the full jars years ago. I was going through links I have saved here at work (cant check home cause ive been through to many hard drives) but I believe this is the link to his website on rares....
