i just got the scepter from wrong, it has no mod's so you can imbue what you like on it,I'm not sure if all the [assassin's honed] weapons have no mods,this is the first one i have seen.

from what all of em ive seen none have any mods, so should be wroth a decent amount sence its pretty mutch a clean slate so u can mode it up good, and with the Assassin Honed when it procs gives more damage should be a good little item.
