[Price Check] A Magic Faction Staff

I recently got this staff from an IDOC but I don't know what it exactly is:
It says:

Maybe it's just me but I couldn't find any information on this item. Can someone explain to me what it is and how it is obtained, if it can still be obtained, or how it used to be obtained if it cannot be anymore? Also, if it's a rare, I would very much like an opinion on the price. Thanks.

its a staff crafted by a mule in factions who has declaired his status at a smith or tailor or caprenter, then went to a shop in a town owned by his faction and used faction silver to craft that item.

when made like that it is imbued as a faction item and has your choice as to what of the 2 primary factions colors it can be for your faction (example, TB purple of gold)

they are charged up with the spells and hold any other mods that come on from your crafting (runic and such)

and they can be rechared.

as to how rare it is.
its not.
you can go out and make them right now, if you own a faction town and put a faction mule in and have the time and sivler to waste.

as to how common they are, they are very uncommon.
they where never any good weapons and the spells made you stop to cast, so not very usefull in pvp, hence no one ever makes them.

Not so sure that's correct Poo. I don't think faction items are labled that way.
The few things I made recently were blessed for the 21 days(timeframe may be incorrect) then turned into normal items with no special designation.

the ones i have at home say that, granted they are from last year and a couple years before that from when they use to work.

maybe the recent stuff dosnt, not sure, but i dont recall hearing of any changes.

it would also depend on what it was.
a wand, a staff ect ect ect
