I've been reading UHall and feeling yall's pain. I found this UO parody song by Midas from some years ago. I think it sums up nicely what I've read is going on the last few days with the SA launch.

"Prepatchday"

(Parody of "Yesterday" - The Beatles)

(lyrics and performance by Midas)

prepatchday - all the bugs, they seemed so far away
now it looks as though they're here to stay
oh, I believe in prepatch day

suddenly - this is not the game it used to be
there's a skill nerf hanging over me
oh, damn patch day came suddenly

why lag had to grow, I don't know - they wouldn't say
skill gains very wrong, now I long for prepatchday

prepatchday - "this is such a killer game", I'd say
now I need a private shard to play
oh, I believe in prepatch day

Thank you Midas (Whereever u be) for writing that!

Yup, Yorky that's where I got it I have full length MP3 of it too what's played on the site is a clip.

Idon't think he's selling his CD anymore though, someone tried about 6 months ago to buy one, they never got the CD and after a awhile paypal refunded their money. It was posted on stratics.

I'm actually toying with trying my hand at something like this, but I'd probably parody country songs since that is what I'm better at singing.
Not that I don't love Rock N Roll, its just to my ears I sound like a dork when sing it. My Texas Twang I guess, it just doesn't fit Rock N Roll.
