A little help finding....

I have been using the search feature in an attempt to locate a post listing the caps on things like:

fast cast
fast cast recovery
DCI
HCI

etc..etc..

I have had no luck but I do remember it being out there. Can someone that might have the link please post it for me.

Dci and hci is capped at 45
fc/fcr is 3/6 i think for mages
and 4/6 for chiv, bush, ninj i thinks

If you use Google, do a search:

Keep in mind you can go over any cap though, in the case of HLD and other mods/spells.
