A letter arrives to the Gryphon Infirmary

*A rather plain-looking girl arrives to deliver the message. The language may appear a bit Frankenstein in its awkwardness.*

"To the Healers,

I would like to know possible sicknesses that could cause a myriad of symptoms. I also need their resolutions. The ethnicity of the individual is exotic and I am not sure on parentage. They should never be unwell, but somehow are. They will refuse medical examination and will refuse to be seen. I realize that this makes this discovery difficult.

Symptoms started many moons ago. Pain in the head. Worse and more over time. Removal of stomach contents started a couple moons ago. Food fresh and healthy. Now within last moon, there are times when they can not see well. World doesn't look like it should. Loss of balance. Now one time when body shakes like when cold and wet, but they are not. Easily gets tired when never were before. Should never get tired. Never has.

I know this is hard situation. Require possibilities on what is wrong so I can find fix.

Thank you.

Taking the letter, Gillian bids the plain looking girl wait a moment as she starts to read. Her eyes scanning through the letter. "A moment if you would, this will require a quick reply for the moment."

"Daerrekha,

What you are describing could be a multitude of things. It could be anything from a virus that affects the stomach, to a disease of the blood, to.. well it could be a lot of things. The first suggestion would be to check for fever. Does the patient have a higher temperature than normal? Are they drinking fluids, because if they are throwing everything up? At least I assume you mean throwing up by removal of stomach contents. If that is the case, dehydration is a major issue at this point and they need fluids. You need to get the patient to a healer, despite their protests. Even if it isn't me, get someone, to draw blood and do an in person check. Until then, keep them on fluids, resting, and if they have a fever you need to bring it down. I hope this helps, but honestly without actually setting eyes on the patient, as you said this is difficult.

Sincerely,

Gillian Gryphon"

Handing the note to the girl, she watches her hastily return.
