[Price Check] A few Rare items i am considering selling

Hi there, if anyone could help out i have a few items i am thinking about selling but not sure what their worth and just how rare they are. here is a list of a few items if someone could help me out with.

-Light. (looks like a green communication crystal)
-Strength potions that are red
-Hair dye (looks like a bottle of bleach but has 10 charges)
- "A Key:Max's Tower" (exceptional)

The light i think was from kalhdune dungean back in the day? not sure a price on it.
The red potions where from a bug of some kind and are not really considered rare in the "rare" since
im not sure about the hair dye, i have some of these also but dont think they are worth much
the key is just a renamed regular key. it is Exp. so maybe worth something to somone im thinking maybe around 50-125k?
Im sure there are others that have more info on these items if they would speak up !
