I have a Big forge (facing east) deed, and i have a deed that simply says "deed" can anyone help me figure out a fair price on these items?

I typically sell the old "Facing" add-on deeds for between 150-350k these days. Big forge might go for a bit more as some consider it harder to find. Hope that helps.
