I am taking offers on these, I am unsure of their desirability and as such I have no price in mind. Given that factions are soon to be removed from the game I figure someone will more than likely want them. (If I were a more sentimental player I would hold on to them, being faction player since factions were introduced on Test Center)
These items are on Atlantic.
To my knowledge these can no longer be created, and were done so by fluke via "timed out" faction robes in the past. I could also be wrong.
