Quest item from not to long ago, if my memory serves me right. Cant think for the life of me what the quest chain was but aquired a few of all the items in the chain so thinking it was a 1 per char quest.

Slain Council? It ended with Sakarri [sp?] That was contained within the bronze-ish damaged box.
