I dont understand why this is valuable? It is a quest item.
There was a quest many years ago that charged you to take an adventure to locate 7 items with which you would take to a place in a dungeon and then receive a special candle with your name on it. So while a common quest at that time , you cannot complete it nowadays. So that makes the fact the candles have names on them a somewhat desirable thing. You can still find the ingredients for the quest as well as the candles, albeit they are slightly more uncommon (some of them in particular!! I'm looking at you Prisoner's Journal!!). Finding a candle with a unique and fun name like this one could possibly fetch a decent price from the right buyer.
