I requested GM help yesterday afternoon. Evidently no GM was around at the time, and there was no queue message, so I decided to just let it go and try again another day.
Much later, in the wee hours of the morning, while I was on a different character from the one who had requested help that afternoon, a message from a GM appeared, asking if I still needed assistance. He waited while I logged out and brought on the character who had the problem, and he promptly fixed it for me. He was very courteous... the sort of person who you wish you could give a hug to.
Anyway, because most of the posts I've read regarding our GMs seem to be somewhat negative, I thought it might be worth mentioning how very helpful some of them are.
