9th Public PVM-Event at Saturday 9, 2016

Dear Siegeians,

Sir John Hawkins, the governor of Yew, invites for the next episode in the Yew Hunting Campaing. We meet at Saturday 9, 2016 (9 PM CET) at the governor mansion in the nothern highlands. If you don´t know where this place is: You can also come to Dr. Alzheimer´s jewelry museum in the center Save Hafen.

This time we will start a TOUR OF CHAMPIONS, completely different to all hunts so far.

We hope to see many of you there!

P.S.: For her formidable help in our recent monster-hunt (Slasher / Corgul / Baracoon), Torin/Nirot will be awarded with the title "Clown of Yew" - as she wished. She did the largest amount of damage, invested alot of skill and thought into our hunt and reconfigured her template when she saw that we would not be able to kill Corgul. Furthermore, she healed constantly all her fellow players. Her support was very important for us to achive our goal. This is the first title of the Yew Hunting Campaign, all other player have their chances next time - either with their frequency of participation or with extraordinary performances.

Just hit 120 on Peacemaking. I'm going to let the last skill Resist train itself as I hunt. Got some serious bang to my spells now.

Still haven't decided whether I prefer Spellweaver/Bard or Mystic/Bard. Word of Death or Rising Colossus.

Thanks to Kelmo, the meeting points of our future community hunts can now be reached via a pulic teleporter on the South Umbra Teleportation Hub:



If you have reached the museum, use the teleporters in the exhibition-rooms to reach the roof, where you can find another teleporter...



This teleporter leads you to our meeting room at the Hunt-Headquarters...



At the moment I am sick and dont feel very well, I hope I recover until Saturday for our hunts.

Now and a hour earlier on Saturdays if I am not wiped out its about 1230AM here now and I have been going since 3:30 yesterday morning. Saturdays are just bad for me all the way around

Ok, folks, here is a short report: After some players told me they would love to do some "newer" content and try some harder champ spawns, we started a "Tour of Champions". We met at my jewelry-museum... I was very happy so many players around. Together with the "later-comers" we were 10 people in the end...



We first went to Eodon to challenge the turtle-champ:





It was a very smooth fight with no major problems except that we werent able to ress one of our players (which seems to happen more often lately...).

After the big turtle was dead...



...we went to the Stygian Abyss and fought the Primeval Lich and his minions...





It was a very very nice hunt, we had a very well-functioning party. I enjoyed it very much. I had a set of Keys for the Stygian Dragon in my backpack, but I was tired and had to go to bed.

Players who have attended the yesterday´s hunt can claim a Yew-Hunt-Title from the governor of Yew. Please contact me.

And please tell me, if we shall do another Tour of Champions next time or do Peerless again.

Thank you all for the nice event ... It was the first time for me in those 2 spawn and it was very fun (except for those damn dino.... what kind of tank are they??? So manyyyyy HP LOL)... For the title after yesterday evening i can say there is only one that fit perfect for me: The Flizzing Resser... I never failed so many times in ressing people

You weren't alone in that, no one was able to rezz me. I finally ran for the Shaman by the gate. The devs apparently broke something.

Yes they broke something for sure... I tried many times to ress you but it said always i couldn't... When i tried to res sargatanza i got always the message that was a criminal act.. Summon pets target always Sarga, you and Shakespeare... Maybe because i saw all you 3 orange?... Who know

Sound like the good old faction/Alliance res problem. If you are not VvV and the VvV you try to res are flaget to an other VvV it may be a problem. Sarga tryed to war some other guilds, that make him harder to res too.
If someone miss target aomeone blue to him and die grey or he is red, ressing him will make you crim.
Don't cast summon pets if some are orange to you as your summon will attack them. You will be orange to them too. Not sure but ressing a VvV may make you orange, so if more than one VvV in the group, let them res each others or let one who do not cast summon res them.

That probably explains all the EVs and RCs that kept coming after me.

Yes you need handle the orange issue, best way is to know how it works and what to be careful with. A orange archer are less of a problem than a orange caster of summons.

Thats stupid. But we can handle it next time. Just need to look for healers and Cast Vas An Ort.

I'm not sure about Siege but on prodo shards there is a Ankh to res at in the spawn area.

I'll take this title. Considering how little I know of the hunting areas since SE, it certainly fits.

I'm in game right now re-timeing my Gate Scroll making macro now that I have Legendary Med & Focus with the suits MR6. It's cut the time for 50 scrolls by almost a third.
