So anyone who read this thread: http://vboards.stratics.com/showthread.php?t=179438 knows that I lost access to the 9th Anniversary tiles upon upgrading to SA. Well, I'm happy to say that EA finally got someone on the case:
I would advise anyone who has this problem to contact EA and have patience.
I emailed him back immediately after I received this message and he replied within 10 minutes to further assist me with manually upgrading my other account with the 9th Anniversary.Thank you for contacting EA games support.
I can really understand the frustration you are enduring at the moment for not getting a timely reply, but please know that we are receiving contacts in high volumes above the normal range. Rest assured, we are striving our level best to get back to you as soon as possible. Accept my sincere apologies for the unintentional delay.
I have manually entitled your account with Ultima Online: 9th Anniversary Collection, please let us know if you are now able to access the 9th Anniversary house tiles.
