Since the account center upgrade, my 6th character slot has been bugged. The character shows the account's age as 12 months old when it is actually 53 or 54. All the other characters display the correct age. All the other character's have the correct 720 skill point cap & can ride their ethys.
UO Herald has said that account aging and veteran rewards are turned back on. Repeated contact with customer service has gotten me a "this is a known issue" at best, with some representatives saying that UO Herald only says that account age and vet rewards are "turned back on, which is different than fixed."
Is there a fix in the works for this problem? I'm looking back, and the account center upgrade started over three weeks ago if I am looking at the right news article on UO Herald.
If this is going to be a long term problem, I'd like to know so that I can figure out what to do. My 6th slot character is the one that I'm actively playing right now, and it is rather annoying to not be able to train my skills to the 720 point cap or ride the ethys that the rest of my account has access to on the only character that I'm playing.
