[Discussion] 6 Raresfest posts, really?

Think we can tone down the amount of stickied posts for raresfest. Maybe something sensible like one post with all the info or links to the other posts....just sayin'

I know the stickier is also involved in the production but overkill anyone?

Its categorized , convenient imo. And seeing how this is the rares forum a few stickies does not seem excessive. Now if there still up mid Feb, then I can see ya point.

If your talking about me I actually only stickied one of those posts, I'm honestly not sure who did the rest.

In a normal scenario, yeah it would be too many stickies but considering the entire rares festival only lasts a week I don't see it is a big deal, when the fest ends they will all be dropped. I removed the classifieds sticky to decrease it a little also.

Given the amount of work that goes into a fest, and the amount of info to be conveyed/collected, why is it that every fest there's someone who complains that 5/6/7/8 posts is "too many"? Every new drop, there's half a dozen or more posts selling a single item each. If we can handle that on a regular basis, I think we can handle a small number of short-life festival posts every 3 or 4 months.
