Why it requires an active accout?
3 months GTC can be added to the cart if the account is expired, 6 months not

same problem. I think it's an error. But I just had to buy a three months to reactivate account.

Luckly the code is delivered by mail so I can buy one with another active account. But still a stupid thing :|

It's the same ill-considered 'thinking' that means you could not buy game time from UOGamecodes for anyone else you knew who played UO unless you happened to have an active account yourself - there will I'm sure be some sort of smokescreen song and dance about how it's to prevent 'fraud' of some sort, but since as far as I know UO has the only online 'shop' that goes through these silly procedures and constant errors, I'm afraid that false argument without any attempt at supporting information really does not work - unless, of course, everyone else on the internet, including other parts of EA, are all doing it wrong....

If EA were that bothered, they would sell gametime and gametime cards through their own web stores - they do for other of their mmos, so they have no problem with the general principle of it at all. It's just that EA corporate tend to act as if, and seemingly wish that, UO had nothing to do with them and so it gets strange and shoddy websites you frequently can't get to work properly.

I was thinking more of the US store - the regional ones are pretty poor, mainly... although your Italian one beats the UK one!

Searching for Ultima Online on the UK one gets you the following list

And yes, it does repeat itself several times and each has it's own 'add to cart' button,, and yes, the same products are both simultaneously available and unavailable (and how the hell can you manage to make a serial code generated by a machine 'unavailable' is also beyond me)!

Quite why they can't just sell UO-related things direct from their main store remains a mystery to me...
