6 Month Game Time™ Code

Hi,
Looking to get back into the game and buy a 6 month game time code through http://www.uogamecodes.com. I am asked to put in user/password, but after that, I get no error and get shown the same screen again, with user/password input boxes.

If I use a wrong username, I get an error... What am I doing wrong?

Go to uo.com.
On the left column go to "Acct Mgmt".
Look for "Modify an Account" and select "Edit Account" underneath it.
Enter User name and password to log in.
Confirm Billing Information.
Go to the Subscription Info tab and select "Reactivate Subscription" (if you have not reactivated already).

I think When you Confirm Billing, you should get an option to pay be 1-month, 3 months, or 6 months. If not there, it is somewhere in there.

The instructions above will achieve the same result, though you will need to go to the subscriptions tab after activation and select "Cancel Account at the end of billing cycle" if you do not want it to auto-renew.

If you insist on using uogamecodes, good luck. No one can help you with that except EA-Mythic, and the subcontractor that runs the site.

I understand what you are saying. But the store offers the possibility to pay without a CC and prices are in USD...

That is EA customer service. when it answers listen carefully and choose "other game" option.
When the rep gets on tell them you have a 6 month time code and are experencing trouble entering it.
They will be super happy to help you.

6 months code at uogamecodes have same rules and restrictions as other non GT codes:
bad news - you need active account to purchase
good news - they send code via email, so you can buy code for/from friend account

I love this game (so this isn't a snark against UO), but I honestly wonder how many potential customers never get through its BIG METAL IMPASSABLE DOORS.

Returning players can't understand. Before I magically remembered my original account's name and password, I was in this guy's shoes-- and I HAVE a credit card!

I have another idea. It's possible to buy VISA gift cards at grocery stores and gas stations. Don't those basically function like credit cards? Has anybody ever used one of them to shop on UOGamecodes?

The issue here is with UO Game codes and the LACk of support for it from EA and what ever vendor is running it. I have had the same issue ever since I started playing UO again. When I enter my UO account name and password it says my user name does not exsist.

Back in Feb. I tried to purchase 2 of the forged metal artifacts and I got the error message again. So I called the CS number and finally after 5 weeks I was able to get them. The sad part about 3 weeks into the process I PMed Cal and Mark and I did not hear back from either of them until Mark sent me a PM at the begining of April asking if it was taken care of and that it was not in his department, but he will follow up with Cal.

Well now we are half way through April and I STILL cannot log into UOgame codes and buy anything. It is really sad when a company doesn't let you pay it's employees salaries.

My account had expired, I tried to log in to UOGC, No error message. I suspect this is what is happening.
