Saw one of these at an auction last night but passed on it because I could find no info on them. Where are these from?
Its from the house lotto. When you won a spot one of these appeared in your backpack and allowed you to place in the plot it was for.

Yes hard to find cuz most of the people who got them won just one plot so kept there writ i won 8 :/ sold 2 for 15m a piece but slowed down decided to unload for cheap
