I have sold them for 20-30m of recent(40-50ssi). Can go to 60ssi of course after enhancement. I guess the 1 problem is that the HLD cant be removed if someone wanted to but damage inc. can be removed.

I think that one is from the event some time ago. If it is, it cant be enhanced, at least the last time i tried.
