If you are wondering what this Umbrian is up to, I have just poached the perfect egg and am gazing at it adoringly while Alouenikah shouts encouragement to Lady Judy the Judge from the living room and a cat lies in wait just beyond the kitchen door to seize my ankles (I can sense it). What I am not doing is communing with aliens, taunting aliens, or encouraging, in any way, the invasion of aliens.
