Yea, maybe lowers the price a bit for me- I didn't see that. It's an easy fix with enhancement tool. Use dull copper or gold and it reduces the strength requirement by 50%.

Sent in bug report 2+ years ago, no replies from devs though... here

in case it's not fixed, I recommend trying to enhance a few low-end 125 str requirement items just to test... so there's no waste of Forged Metal of Artifact charges.
